Credit inquiry without loan application affacts my credit score

On the 07-11-2022 I got notification from my credit monitoring app about Credit enquiry from capitec without loan application after a call about paying my monthly credit facility fee, If I am getting enquiries I may not be able apply for credit due to enquiries in short space of time. If this is common for having credit facility account I may need to terminate it before I get another inquiry next month.I called support and forwarded to direct loan three times by every egent untill long phone ring until I ran out of airtime
