Credit history messed up by Capitec loan
<p>I had a loan with Capitec. I made arrangement to skip some month on the payment because I was going to receive a lump sum. Capitec report me as a slow payer by marking number of skipped month to over 120 days. Now my credit score has dropped drastically and I can't afford to apply for a home loan. Please correct the information. Loan is fully paid and closed.</p>

It is already working day 3 and no-one contacted me. Quick to respond when the need business but unresponsive when you need service to be delivered. Things like these turns customers away. No-one wants to do business with a company that doesn't care.
