credit from capitec

I had a credit card with Capitec bank, which was paid off in 2022 and it was closed and removed from my app, recently i tried to check my credit report I noticed that they didn't removed it, instead the account keeps accumulating interest without me using it, the sad part is Capitec keeps sending updated info on credit bureau stating that I owe them. I guess that how they **** people I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. when you call them they cant even assist they kept transferring me from one department to another with no help very ***********
