Credit

Good Morning I've never had any problems with Capitec until now, I'm 19 years old and have a savings account with capitec for about 4 years now I got employed permanetly at the beginning of the year and have been earning a income for a good couple of months l, but I would like to start building credit and I think it's ridiculous how the system does everything for you... I get paid an income from work and one of my family members passed and I've been receiving an income from there monthly as well and will be for 12 years. So with all that being said they put my ID into the system and asked me a few little question and within seconds I get a awnser that I do not qualify and the only feedback as to why it's been declined is because I do not have credit then get told to open an clothing account. Now I've spent a whole tank of Petrol riding back and forth to different clothing accounts and have not been successful by one all for the same reason I don't have credit so please tell me how does one start to get credit? All I'm asking is that Capitec can get someone to do a proper review to see if I can get credit with a proper explanation if not successful.
