CREDIT FACILITY PAYMENTS WITHDRAWN WHENEVER THEY FEEL LIKE IT

<p>I will not refer any person ever to Capitec Bank, I got a credit facility and i have been paying everymonth on time but as soon as any money comes into my account they take it it doesnt matter what date of the month it is even though there is an agreement for the payment to be deducted on the 25th of each month. They deducted R2771-00 from my account on the 14th of December 2016 and cancelled my credit facility now they say that the facility expired but i was never told any of that information when i got the facility. My banking fees is above R100-00 everymonth. The most unhelpfull bank i have ever been with. ******.</p>
