Credit facility offered by Capitec

Capitec Bank should do as they say in their Slogan (Know what you get and know what you pay) i went to apply for a loan to find out that they are offering an additional Credit facility which is like a trap. 6 months evolving Loan. which you will only pay for when you use the money. then I asked how much will that cost me, all including the facility, well the consultant could not give me a clear straight forward answer.

it sounds like a surprise waiting to happen to anyone taking that option of "Use first and we will tell you how much you will pay" deal.

Please, be transparent right from the beginning.
