Credit facility, Capitec stole my money and deleted transactions on my statement
I have a access credit facility account with capitec and I called more than 10 times and no one can explain where is my R185 after the debit order of R1461 and the available avail balance was later R1096 so Captec want tell the charged me over R380 monthly fees and interest?? This crazy as I called and some tried to lie and some dropped my call, I can name Mpho one of the Agents I spoke to and still now I don’t know where is my money and funny it doesn’t even show on my statement, if capitec doesn’t sort this I will escalate it because its my money and ai need to all transactions on my account, very bad customer services they have a lot issues and their call center is not even free.

I want to know the money that you took on my account to decrease the access credit facility, I know about previous months decrease from R6775 and R5200 why was this recent one not recorded for me so I that I understand, you think im stupid??? this is wrong, If I wasn’t charged over, R380 but it disappeared from my account yall telling me all this story why can’t it just be on my statement. This is bull **** i need to see a record of this transaction. Out of over R380 of which R181.37 is recorded as fees what happened to the other money?????&$)$ why wasn’t it recorded to show that it decreased my credit limit???

I still want to see an email or a recording of this transaction yall can’t do as you like and not record transactions with my money I still say this is ***** and it goes against my rights. Please correct this urgently.
There is no way on my contract that you take money from me and not record it as a transaction yall be robbing me , you will not do that to me previous months I used to call because some of the people cannot do correct accounting there.
