Credit Enquiry against my will

I went to Capitec Bank Westgate on 19/02/2024 to open an account, a transactional account. Today I receive a notification that a credit inquiry was conducted on my profile. Why????? I didn't give consent as I didn't take up a credit product. I monitor my credit score VERY CLOSELY as I'm repairing my score then There's Capitec employees who will set me back just for opening an account.Make it make sense to me. I want that inquiry off my profile immediately.To think I was complementing the consultants service only for her to be busy checking things she had no business checking, I'm livid because clearly that's how you people give customers products they never asked for.FIX IT!!!
