Credit Declined due to Employer not on Transunion

Yesterday (03/06/2019) I went to the Cradlestone Branch to open a credit account. After sitting there for over an hour and a half and going through the whole process I get declined because the company I work for is not on the Transunion list (Showing all Payslips and Bank statements as requested). Now it is up to me to get the registration details etc at the company I work for. This is absolute *******. I have a savings account with Capitec with a healthy balance which I will be moving to another bank if this does not get resolved.
