Credit Card settled and requested to be closed !!!!!!!!!!

I've settled my credit card on 26 Sept 2025 with amount R14618.83 - went to Glenfair branch to show PoP and requested account to be closed. On 1 Feb 2026 I've received a sms stating that R49.11 will be deducted / I should pay it. I WILL NOT .. I requested for account to be closed. Went back to Glenfair branch this morning. explained by situation, MPHO, the branch manager want to know if I spoke to a man or a lady in Sept ????????? I said reverse the money and close the account. Service is pathetic, still no word !!!!
