Credit card not updated every month at all bureaus

My name is MWMASEKO and have a credit card with Capitec bank since 2017. I have noticed with disappointment that the bank doesn't update at all four bureaus the credit every as they normally do with loans. I took out a loan on the 3rd of August 2020 and was approved and I immediately ask the teller to pay the outstanding amount of my credit card. On the 4th I checked my transunion and compuscan profiles and I noticed that only the loan has been updated but not the credit card. I then phoned capitec head office and was sent from pillar to post and it seems no one understand that or know that the credit card has to be updated. Or they don't care that my credit card has to be updated every month as it doesn't affect their scores. What I know is that if a credit card is paid off every month your score goes up. I'm tired of reminding the capitec bank to do what they are supposed to do every month. All i want is that my credit card payment should be updated every month without me reminding them.
