Credit Card not closed from 15th Dec to Date ,Be careful dont take Credit cards from them

I had a Capitec credit card which i settled on the 15th of Dec ,on the 20th of Dec i called to obtain the balance or interest component they gave me a final settlement of R 457 which i paid their collections dept. advised it takes 24 to 48 hours for my request ,in January the 10th they sent me an SMSs for another payment due which is their interest ,i laid a formal complaint as i am not willing to pay the R197 to date Capitec has not closed the credit card nor responded to my query a full 30 days has passed I believe its a plan for them to keep billing me on something i closed in December already i am not happy with this service
