Credit card moving goal oosts

I write this experience with great concern about the misconception and false hope Capitec has created on my CC account. I was retrenched last year in May and to my relief some of my loans and my CC in part was settled by the insurance. Fast forward to December 2019 when I first attempted to get the retrenchment status removed from my CC, I was told I need a fixed income with 3 months bankstatements which I excepted bearing in mind I have been paying my CC and remaining loan diligenty never missing a payment. March 02 2020 I started a new job and thankfully received a salary from the Covid Ters fund for 2 months after which work resumed as normal. I then received all my payslips and mailed it to Capitec and within 24h someone from Tygervallei phoned me saying my documentation was in order and they would proceed with the removal of the retrenchment status, unfortunately a couple of hours later the same lady called again saying I now first need to pay of the remaining amount and then wait for 2 months before applying for a new account. I feel you are moving the goal posts and after keeping up my end of the bargain you deem in appropriate to mislead me. After explaining this to the agent she all of sudden came up with the shocking and ridiculous notion that I have app**** to be put under sequestration, a more ridiculous statement I have never heard of and told her that. Her parting words was that she would investigate and get back to me. That was 3 weeks ago. Capitec, I did all I had to and kept my end of the deal, trough hard and easy times I never missed any payments, my credit score is way above average and I think you are treating me unfairly. Getting retrenched was punishment enough, don't let this continue.
