CREDIT CARD ISSUES

I don't know why Capitec Bank introduced credit card if they will not be able to handle it properly. I cannot use my credit card and no one bothered to tell me why. What's the use then? They can't even close the credit card and convert that into credit because I am paying credit card for nothing.
