credit card closure and being ****med by the bank to pay more
I paid of the credit card 86k and asked the bank to close the account but that never happened . I had credit of R2400 that i was supposed to be refunded because the settlement amount was covering all the fees and interest of March . Guess What Capitec Bank charged me double interest and stil want me to pay R300 they say i owe.
I was referred to a complaint officer who is not honest and did not want to listen to the Recording of Zubair Adams. He wrote an email that contradict the conversation i had with the team leader in Capitec and also what the settlement letter says its covering. All his finds are incorrect to me it looks like the bank wants to **** me some more money. This person kept on threatening me that if i don't know the name of the people who answered when i called Capitec he won't help me. Mind you i spoke to 3 people in one day
I want Capitec to refund me my money and close the account . They dont treat their customers right and have dishonest people in the complaints department. they want to **** me extra payment

Now from not wanting to close the account they are telling me to that it takes 30-40 days to close the account.
From paying debit order of 86K + 6k they want me to pay another amount mind you the settlement amount was 88k and if you add these amount tehy exceed 88k and even their emplooyes said i have extra amount that must be refunded to me.
THEY ARE REFUSING THAT I SPEAK TO A MANAGER REGARDING THIS MATTER.
tHEY WANT TO **** ME AS THEY ALWAYS DO TO OTHER PEOPLE.
IM GOING TO TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER IS IFT SNOT RESOLVED TODAY 5TH APIRL .
