Credit card application - Very poor service.

I did a credit application with Capitec for a credit card. The service received was terrible. I had to keep following up with them. They promise someone would phone back regarding additional information they require, but no one phoned. Some staff are good and know the product and the process, but the last staff member I spoke with on Tuesday 30 April 2024, and again the same girl today 2 May 2024 do not know and extra training needs to be given to her. I am sure some people may receive great service, but I would suggest you consider before you do an application for credit with them.
