Credit card application

Had the worst experience opening up a credit card with them, Tried 3 times online and same day in the branch in Table bay mall. To this day I don’t have access to the credit facility but I am getting statements. There was no debit order mandate received so I don’t understand how they’d send me a statement for an inactive credit card

Id like to close the credit card as i am not able to use it at all.
