Credit Card Application

<p>I have been banking with Capitec since 2010 because the offering was and still is the best in the country, I have kept my ABSA credit card because Capitec did not offer one. Now that they do I went in December 2016 to apply at the Blue valley branch and received great service from Thato the consultant. But my application was declined by the system apparently because it declined my employer. I phoned the call centre spoke to a Ashruddin (ref ********** 8). I work for one of the big four banks. I wanted a Capitec credit card because I believe in the simplicity of their banking story. But now it looks like I will have to move the rest of my accounts. After many years of great service, Capitec has disappointed me.</p>
