I went to capitec bank carlton Centre branch.... To apply for a credit card left all the required documents to confirm employment this was on the 7th December 2017... He then advised me to come back the next day for collection I then returned on the 10th December gave a full working day to do all he had to do.
When I got there a different consultant assisted me well however Nhlanhla Ntante didn't bother to do he's job to confirm employment my documents were just lying on the desk...
Not happy about my experience at all!!!!!!!!!!
