Credit Bureau Updated NON EXISTANT

<p>To whom this may concern,</p> <p>I'm typing review with utter disgust and very ver frustrated.</p> <p>I sent one of your consultants and email regarding my Credit at the bureau. REF: ********** 5. Please reference to the ref number as this email was sent to ********** for a resolution.<br />Informing the agent that Capitec has not updated my credit report w.r.t loans i have taken with you. No status has been updated since last year. This is by far hampering my opportunity to purchase a loan.</p> <p>I need my credit status updated with immediate effect by the institution. I need an apology for the delay and for the reason of not updating my credit report.</p> <p>I would like this matter resolved immediately and with notification of the progress and porcess needed ASAP.</p> <p>kind regards</p>
