Credit Bureau

Hi my name is Ishmael Mokwena, I have a problem with capitec bank I took a loan of 3500 in November 2013 and they deducted 1400 for 3 months the first deduction went of on December and the second in January2014 come February I had problems at work and I reported it to a capitec consultant at the branch in Alberton, and provided proof that I had been suspended, I wasn't working since from February and I explained to them when they called me. When I went to an interview in November 2014 they said I will start working in January 2015 on the 5th. So when Capitec called I told them that I would start making payments on the 31st of January 2015 they agreed. Then to my surprise during January 2015 I got a call from a debt collection company saying that I have been taken to credit bureau. I have been emailing Capitec asking them why they took me to credit bureau but we made an agreement to make payments month end of January 2015 they haven't rep**** to my emails. and I am willing to make payment but not while I am under credit bureau and not t to a debt collection company that has bad service and their agents are rude. I want to make payments directly to capitec bank.
