CREDIT APPLICATION
On 21 April 2022, I made an application for credit, but strangely my application was declined because some debt administrator requested my credit report. I don't remember going for debt counselling or something of that sort. It is therefore wrong for Capitec Bank to decline one's application only on the basis of this even though I have a clean credit record.
