Credit administration is faulty

Being a customer for a few years, having a good credit record, but make a loan at capitec and have problems, because their administration is full of errors. Firstly, you get an intrest rate of 36%, secondly, you make payments manually and then they double debit you and if you return their debit order because you manually paid they call you and say your account is in arrears and list you at credit bureaus as missed payment. Thats why never take a loan from them.
