Cpitec Bank funeral policy *******

I had a funeral cover with Capitec Bank and due to some challenges i decided to cancel the policy and they even sent me a contract cancellation confirmation, But to my Suprise on the 3rd of August 2025 on a Sunday Capitec went in to my account and debited my money , then on the 4th August 2025 i went to one of their branches and they promised to sort out the problem, but until today i did not hear from them and my money is not paid. So be careful with Capites they are *******,unreliable, croocks and poor service financial institution ,they are robbing people , i cant recommend either a family member or a friend to this bank.
