Courteous, professional, friendly.
Went to Capitec Waverley branch to open a new fixed deposit for my mother. Cant remember the young man's name, but he was very professional and knowledgeable. Fast efficient service in my mother tongue, AFRIKAANS. Other banks (especially one in particular) should consider changing their motto to "We follow where Capitec leads" !!!
