Costly glitch by Capitec

I sent Cash to myself as I did not have my card with me, when got to the ATM to withdraw I get an error that Voucher cannot be redeemed, the ******* that annoyed me is when I spoke to Busi on their call centre who told me there's nothing she can do because apparently the Voucher has been redeemed, your ATM has CCTV footage I will need those funds returned, what if I didn't have money anymore that was my last money?
