Costing me money!!!
I got married a while ago, and I am now on maternity leave. I am trying to claim UIF but in order to do that, the bank needs to stamp my papers. My bank card still has my ****en name, so capitec refuses to stamp the papers because they don't correspond with the new surname on my uif documents (understandable). However, I have a marriage certificate, as well as a temporary ID as proof of my new surname, so why is capitec still refusing to stamp my documents?? This is delaying my uif process, costing me money. How much proof do you need that I am me??
