*******ION RUNS DEEP WITH CAPITEC, MTN AND VODACOM

First someone in MTN initiates a porting process on my Vodacom number. I call Vodacom and report it and they inform me that the porting was aborted. Four days later the porting goes through anyway and my Vodacom number disappears along with all my airtime.( Vodacom *********** or in cohoots???) I now have to get a new sim and a new number, inform all institutions blah blah. Then my salary get paid into my account and someone proceeds to transfer money from my Capitec account to another Capitec account using cell phone banking.(That Capitec is promoting furiously) (WHAT!!!!) I rush to draw the rest of my money and report to Capitec to freeze the receiving account.(unsuccessful) In and out of the bank searching for answers just to be told that the bank will get back to me. About 20 e-mails to Capitec, same story. 40 days later I get a phone call and some *********** soul tells me, "sorry sir we cant help you. The money that went into the other account has been used by the user of that account ". Excuse me!!!! but isn't that user the guilty party!!!! Arrest the Mo@#$% Fu@#$%R!!!!! Sorry sir we cant help you indeed. So I go to the Cops.....a long song and dance and a trip to a very unhelpful detective wearing more gold the Mr. T just to get told that it is not my duty to report the matter but the banks responsibility to do so. The bank denies liability and everyone else just passes the buck. Seriously what has happened to this country???? If anyone out there can advise me I would so much appreciate it.
