I am Mrs Rosina Shalang and have experienced a very sad incident with Capitec Bank wherein my money was consumed without my knowledge. Apparently I was called by a lady claims to be representing Cell C and was given the following numbers *35*1234*16#for a reward and further more was asked to provide four numbers being as follows 2016 all of a sudden my banking transactions were tempered with wherein my money was used for purchasing some goods and more so part of it was transferred to other people. My concern is about security within the Capitec Bank. Ms Shalang is a senior citizen and it seem the has taken advantage her age. The question here is how possible it is for one to access someone's money and temper with her personal details within savingsplan. There's no doubt that this kind of sinister is inside job. It's very disturbing and disgusting. This matter must be looked at on a very serious light and proper ameliorated remedial action be put in place.
