I complain at a capitec bank about money that was deducted from my account, ****, they will let me know in 30 days, my limit was R300, and they deducted R395. 77,how is that possible, this was report HQ, no need to change card, HQ, then n second transaction go through again, R383.41.how is this possible, i report it to the bank ***** department, i go to the bank again today, same story.
