Contract Employees treated bad

Capitec is helpful and also a good Bank however im not with how they treat Contract workers especially ABET CONTRACT EDUCATORS who were previously on a year contract now changed into fixed term contract in which employment is continuous without interruption. As a result the term for loan repayment for an Employee like me is 12 months affecting affordability since the monthly payment is high its something management must sort out and communicate with DEPARTMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION the confirmation of Employment letter cleary states that the Contract has no end date still we subjected to 12 months loans. A government fixed term contract can only end if the project is abandoned or ended its different from private sector one and we also earn 37 percent of our salary as part of benefits so it doesn't make sense to assume that my work will end while ive been with the same department for 15 years so look into this.
