Continuous calls from call centre

Good day,<br> <br> Firstly, I would like to say that I have never had any account or connection to Capitec in my life.<br> <br> I got a new number about 9 months ago and I keep on getting automated calls, telling me to call Capitec back. I also received calls from the call centre of Capitec, looking for a Mr. Mongolelo. (not sure about the spelling)<br> <br> I know that some numbers gets recycled and given to new customers by cellular companies, so I have asked nicely to the person calling me to please remove my number from Capitec's system. The caller assured me that it will be removed, but still I keep on getting the same calls. I have asked more that 10 people to remove my number, but still NO SUCCESS!!!<br> <br> The one operator told me to go to a Capitec branch to ask them to remove my number, but they could not help me. It is absolutely unacceptable that you can't even remove a number from your system.<br> <br> I have had it with these calls and can't take it anymore!!!!!!<br> <br> PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO!!!!!!<br> <br> <br>
