CONTINOUSLY BEING DEBTED

Hi <br> <br> My name is Shane and I am very upset with the services I wonder of you can please I took a loan from you guys at Germiston a few years back and on my TransUnion account it says I don't owe but there is an account open which says R11459 but my balance is zero and its paid up but DMC is still taking R500 and I have been paying R500 since April 2014 and the amount is still the same on my TransUnion statement of R11459 I phoned in and I spoke to a lady and she says my account is closed I don't know what is going and I am not going to keep n paying I want a valid statement to say if I owe and how much and a report of all my transactions which I have paid I tried to call *** the number the lady gave me and its engaged please assist me ASAP I want his account to be paid up if I still owe and a letter to say its paid up or a letter to say how much I still owe with your banking details please ASAP. I spoke to Colin scholtz from services and he said I must send my id number and I am still waiting I need to apply for a car but capitec is blocking me I want a statement today to say my name is CLEARED
