Consultant with an attitude from galleria Capitec bank.

Galleria Capitec bank near checkers. The service i got today from the lady at counter one. She is rude and has an attitude, she doesn’t speak with respect even when asking what I required she sounded tired and bored and gave a face with attitude. I was there to do swim swap with my ported number and she said the number isn’t ported when I asked what she meant. Her response was “never mind”. On top of that she doesn’t listen and confused herself with what I came there to do. Had to go back and forth explaining what I needed to do. She gave me the card didn’t even ask to check if the one she gave me will work or not. What of client service is that? Why do you come to work if you don’t feel like coming work?

Usually I get good service from that branch from other consultants.
