Consultant rude !!

I registered a Funeral claim for my father that passed away, policy wording says that waiting period is waved if it was accidental death. She states the Police report is not saying that and indirectly saying Im lying.

The agent/consultant that phoned me was so rude to me and spoke in bad manner to me. Its sad enough that I lost my dad now she treats me like this and dont give me a chance to speak even.

This is really bad service from Capitec.

Im in tears after this ladies call.
