Consultant refused to assist

I went to capitec Bank, mooirivier branch in potchefstroom to assist my mother invest with you guys. However was turned back simply because I can not sit in with my mother and the consultant. I explained that my mother is a pensioner and therefore will need me there when making such long term choices. The consultant blatantly refused to assist us. Her unprofessionalism was appalling to say the least. I don't understand how a bank can afford to lose out on investments due to sch poor service
