Consultant ****, Capitec bank are con artists, *****

I am still waiting for Keisha from the complaints department to call. She promised to call on the 11th or the 12th....still waiting.

This is the story: Taylin was debiting from my account without my authorisation. I have complained at the branch a couple of times and was told nothing can be done. I can only reject it and stop it on the app and by the way I am being charged R15 for every debit order (×2 a month).

I complained on hellopeter twice and a consultant from the complaonts department called and assisted me very well. She said she will send a mandate to the company debiting my account and I should wait for a month. I did that patiently and Taylin called and apologised. They admitted that they should have not debited from my account.

I waited for Capitec to call me back to tell me what they are going to do as the mandate was sent a long time ago. When they are going to refund me all my R15 from June.

A consultant by the name of Keisha called and said she can only refund me R45. I told her I do not want it as Capitec has made R500+ from this *****. I explained to her about the mandate that was sent and Taylin's call, and she said she does not have feedback from Absa. I told her tgat's impossible because the company debiting my acvoynt called me, meaning Absa was able to get hold of them.

She said she will call me back the same day the 11th, or the folloeing day the 12th March 2018. She did not call. Even now I am still waiting.

I want my money back. You saw that I have veen reversing and stopping those debit orders since last year. I complained but you could not help me. You made a profit from me every month wgen reversing.

The mandate was sent and i want my refund...not R45 but what you owe me.
