Consultant coughing on pen before handing it to me

I would just like to bring this to everyones attention reading this. Yesterday i went to Zevenwacht malls branch. I was assisted in trying to close my capitec savings account. I then asked the gentleman assisting to get me a ticket to deposit money into my savings account. Right before i was assisted there was a lady siting at the till where the deposits are done and she was coughing all the time. I simply turned to check who it is coughing as i am High Risk. When the gentleman gave me the ticket number i was then told to go to her to assist me. This lady literally coughed on the pen and the piece of paper before handing it to me to sign and i could see that she did this out of pure spite because i looked at her when she was coughing uncontrollable before she assisted me. This is a disgrace to the company and i want to make others aware of this. I was at the bank just after 3 on the 19th of February.. I want the recording to be looked at while i was there to see exactly what she did. This person shouldn't be working at the bank. She is putting people's lives at risk and this needs to be addressed. I am absolutely disgusted and i will be taking this as far as i possibly can. She doesnt belong in the bank to assist people when she does such things
