Constant App Issues
Your app forever has issues every month. I have been a client for 15 years, meaning I use Capitec to receive my salary and savings, all my transactions.I am considering switching banks due to your monthly annoying inconvenience and I’m sorry you about to lose a client. You cannot have the same issues month in and month out.
