Consolidation of Debt not assessed

A complaint reference was issued: CM *** CHAN N *** & a response was afforded to Megan Martin to which NO response was tendered as yet. The Credit dept 'Manager' Crowen Williams is truly railroading the supervision of subordinates who have NO clue as to the workings of the NCA. The points at hand are truly troubling when assessments are being leveled irregularly! (a) My Sanlam account is NOT in arrears (b) Why was there a need to print my statements when I am a Capitec client? (c) Registering my employer with the Overport, KZN branch is done without a reference and has become a c**** since WITHOUT resolution! (d) Consolidation of loan amounts negates the 'high amount' held under any credit card to which I would like to consolidate under a Capitec Personal Loan. There are no favors here rather a firm ************** of my credit rights engaged by your credit department. Instead of putting out youtube videos about workers alleged rights being shafted Cater to your clients who are bringing in the profit otherwise quit now!
