CONSOLIDATION LOAN

I app**** for a consolation loan online and qualified for an amount of 47000 and the breakdown of all my debts which amounted to 17900 were included in my estimated loan so i clicked on please call me back a day after i recieved a call from the cape town call centre answered her questions and e-mailed her all the necessary documents i waited 4 days to get a response and all i got was an sms saying my application was unsuccessful without any reason how did i go from estimately qualifying for close to 50000 to unsuccessful
