Congrats to a "proudly South African" bank!

I went to Capitec on 26 February 2021 and expected a typical South African bank mentality of "we are doing you a favour to let you bank with us".

I could not have been more surprised. From the month-end queue outside to the warm, welcoming atmosphere inside, they exceeded all my expectations. The gentleman outside who managed the queue was professional, yet friendly and efficient. The personnel inside was smart-looking with smiling faces and a professional demeanor. I was assisted by Sinothando, who, while a smile now and then would go a far way, assisted me in an efficient, professional manner.

I was really impressed and Capitec Bank should be proud of the service and products that they offer the public.
