Confirmation letter

A month ago i wrote a review regarding capitec listing me under debt review ,the company that capitec said it's the one that listed me gave proof that im not under debt review ,experian and transunion also confirmed that I'm not under debt review yet capitec says I'm under debt review they did their investigation and Given tshabalala called after engaging with Vantage debt management and said I'm not under debt review cause they are still debiting my account for my current loan and he went as far as saying vantage debt management confirmed to him that they listed me yet till today he didnt send me the letter from capitec side to confirm that they did not list me and now im trying to get my name cleared and now i know it's capitec that listed me for what i don't know yet my loan with them is being paid every month and im left with two installment to finish it can they give the letter i need to submit it at court and they are delaying this process which it's holding me back dearly
