confidentiality regards my outstanding loan

Good day <br> I had a loan at Capitec Bank which was handed over to attorneys.<br> I went to the Cape Town branch now spoke to Allison the Manager she was very helpful and said she will send a e -mail to there complaints department. Capitec give my personal information to the so called next of kind,an That person is making allegations at work and I do have a serious ***ual harassment case on the person they send the sms to is hes witness in the trial case.And I called this women from the attorneys which Capitec are using she is so dam rude her name was Charlene and the Attorneys are FB Attorneys and she still telling me she will keep sms this person until I made payment I went to the bank and asked to make arrangements because I am awaiting on my x husband to pay me out..This women who received the e -mail are making allegations and said she will use it in court.Even at my workplace this had become the gossip sorry in the office that I don't pay my debts.So please tell me what do I do I will close my account with Capitec and want you to assist me yes I do owe them money.This Charlene lady was so arogant and told me she send me sms on my cell number wich I never recieved due to not having
