Confidential and Personal Information Given to Stranger

My mother's cell number has been shared by Capitec with a complete stranger. That person phoned my mother today to say she had accidentally paid money into my mother's account. If that is the case, Capitec needs to sort it out and not give my mother's personal information to complete strangers.
