Concerned

<p>I have a capitec account... I took two loans at capitec of whch I paid up after I got retrenched... After that I wanted to continue using the capitec account only to find out I have a -R280 whch I'm sure it has increased by now. I went to the bank, the said maybe it's a loan from another bank that made me have a negative balance, and it wasn't like that cos I ddnt have any other loans besides at Capitec. The consultants were confused as to where the -R280, the manager was called and he was also lost. They then called the head office, the stories we got there were too confusing and we got tranffered to another department of whch they also couldnt give a straight answer till today. I wanna continue using the account but I need that ridiculous amount to be cleared.... I'm actually disgusted because I've also been waiting for Paid up letters from the bank and it's almost a year.... </p>
