Compliments to Capitec Bank
This morning I went to Capitec in Bellville Voortreeker opposite Melomed Hospital. I really felt a high class customer service today I wish other banks can learn from them.
I got there and a friendly gentleman asked me Covid-19 related questions then he asked to take a temperature and ask for sanitizing. All this he asked with a smile he then asked how he can assist and I wanted a bank confirmation within 1 minute I was done.
Furthermore, the bank was very clean and Consultants were neat and presentable wearing masks and face shields. Well done to the management.
