I was in desperate need of money and you know how capitec can be with boring ques so I I decided to print a statement and opt for bfs cash loan. A guy working at the door who goes by the name Onkgopotse asked me gore where am I taking the statement then I answerd gore I'm going to apply for some cash loan. You know the guy gave me some advice and to my suprice he made sense. He then asked me whether I have a payslip then I said no. He asked me to wait at the door he is coming. He went in to talk to one of the consultants then came back to me and said I should sit down they'll check if I qualify. I was introduced to a gentlemen called Gape who facilitated everything smooth and sent me to bring my payslip. I came back, then he gave me the money. So thank you Gape and Onkgopotse I'm happy with the service I got from the branch,most bank only care about profits but you gentlemen made me feel like I'm not at the bank.
