COMPLIMENT TO SHAUN JANUARY - CAPITEC BANK PAARL, MAIN ROAD

Good day

Giving a compliment these days is so hard for so many people.

Giving credit where credit is due for EXCELLENT service is also scares.

Now I have been wanting to do this for over a year and few months … today is the day.

Capitec if every you employed someone worthy of carrying your name its Mr. Shaun January. I was in tears almost or I think I was the first time we met and when I changed from Nedbank to Capitec (And I was a senior manager at Nedbank in JHB and customer service, patience, education and friendliness was my top priority).

Shaun is awesome!

Well done to you for being so patience, kind, calm, collected, well educated, knowing your business and flooded with banking knowledge. I have not heard you once say, I will get back to you … You always knew the answer. NOW THAT IS DEDICATED LOYAL WORKACHOLIC ETHICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTATED WELL DESERVED EMPLOYEE, Capitec. Yes I am saying Capitec you have got yourself a gold mine.

Suggestion - expose him more to the banking business world, climb the ladder if he wishes so, give him extreme credit for great work, let his professionalism and tact rub off on other employees, let him give them tips and let him teach them to leave your personal issues at the door when you walk over the threshold of Capitec Paarl Branch every day. And put on the work jacket.

Yes we as Capetonian’s, Paarlites are better at customer service then Johannesburg.

Appreciate Shaun January you surely will miss him if he ever decides to leave.
