This email is to extend my utmost gratitude to Aysha who resolved my query stemming from the beginning of June, with constant call from Capitec to date.

Aysha was patient, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and empathetic! The call lasted for over 40mins and went over her knock off time, not once did she sigh or lost interest she made sure we both got off the call clear of the recommendations and arrangements put into place.
